PokerStars appears to dislike the idea of having players accounts freely funded via P2P transfers. As our players do not withdraw the funds, we can only assume PokerStars are afraid the funds might be used to play poker on PokerStars and generate rake and revenue for their site.
Obviously, this situation is untenable and goes against best business practise. What is the point of making it easy for players to play on your poker site? No point, obviously.
Our P2P transfer 'privileges' have been locked and, as a result, we can no longer send rakeback payments to PokerStars. Insanity has, once again, prevailed over logic. It isn't the first time and it won't be the last.
Prediction: FTP will crush Stars by end 2009. gg PokerStars. |
