Player BrerTerrapin has taken the coveted RakebackSTAT single day MGR record today with a mammoth session. $2271.62 is the new single day record to beat after BrerTerrapin spent almost 16 hours straight grinding it out on Full Tilt Poker today.
Advance notice of the possible record-breaking attempt was delivered to RakebackSTAT staff mid-session and greeted with scoffs and jeers, but BrerTerrapin ignored the distractions with his eye firmly on the prize, setting a new record that will definitely take some beating.
The monthly record is currently held by JohnnyPav who racked up a combined total of $18,514.49 MGR in June, the majority of which was generated on Full Tilt Poker. JohnnyPav also took down first place in an online donkament in June, winning around $52,000! Congrats to both our current record-holders.
When asked for comment about his record-breaking month, JohnnyPav said: "It's a sad indictment on my life at the moment."
