When signing up for a new rakeback account, it is vitally important all players remember to fill out Step 2 on the signup page for each new account. Completing this step allows us to link new signups to your name so that we can display your daily stats and pay out your rakeback.
There are a number of successful signups (which are accruing rakeback) on our affiliate accounts which we are unable to link to players as Step 2 forms were not submitted. If you have signed up a new rakeback account and have not received a confirmation email from RakebackSTAT staff, please contact us with your username and we'll confirm the status of your signup and link your username to your RakebackSTAT account. |
