Pacific stats issues explained:
1. There is a small issue which both Pacific and RakebackSTAT are working on to fix, which is created by the Pacific reporting system. Under the current system, we receive a report each day. This works wonderfully until the end of the month, when the report for the last day of the month only holds the stats from the first portion of the last day. Then the stats are reset for the new month and the report we get for the first day of every month usually only has stats from the first portion of the first day.
Our solution is that we wait until the final total monthly report comes in, which adds all stats from the latter part of the last day, so you can be assured your end of month stats are always accurate.
The 2nd and 3rd reports of each month catch up all the stats missing from the first couple reports of each new month. The end result is that your total stats at the end of each month will always be precise and accurate.
2. Some players have noticed their Pacific Bonus values are very high. Firstly, please note that we put all deductions into this column, including Bonuses, Transaction Fees (which are very high), Comp Point Redemptions and Promotional Expenses.
So, for example, some players took advantage of the 50% rebate satellites for Pacific WPC - great promotion, but Pacific takes it off your revenue before we calculate your Loyalty Bonus. So if you played 10 of these satellites and got $500 rebate, your Bonus column is going to be $500 higher from that.

Lastly, our staff have promised many of you that Daily Rakeback Payment functionality is on its way. We are in final testing at the moment, but there are small possible delays and we thank you for your patience and understanding. Obviously, if there is a bug in the system, and someone is able to cash out for thousands more than they've earned as a result, this is very much a situation we are trying to avoid with our endless testing.
