If you receive a bonus whilst on a rakeback deal, usually the online poker rooms will take the bonus out of your MGR (monthly generated rake) before calculating your rakeback.

If your rake for the month is $2100 and you received a $600 bonus, your rake for the purposes of paying you rakeback for that month will be $1500. If you are on a 30% rakeback deal, you will receive 30% of $1500.

It is important to note that it's in your best interests to always take advantage of signup and reload bonuses regardless of whether you are getting rakeback. You will still get most of the value from the bonus as bonuses are deducted from your MGR, not from your rakeback.
